Corey Atheleny Wallace, a.k.a Coreysan, has been involved in music since 1987. This self-taught musician's musical explorations are as diverse as Trinidad and Tobago itself.

Coreysan's main instruments are his voice and bass guitar, but he also plays electric/acoustic, 12 and 6 stringed guitars, keyboards and uses a computer program called "FL Studio Producer" to create drum beats and other musical Soundscapes.

His thought provoking themes are spiritual without any rigid religious ties or dogma and explores human emotions and relations with one another and the Universe. This is complemented by the fusion of ethnic, electronic and organic elements that find a common ground in his music. Combined with his indigenous Trinidadian flavour, he creates music that reaches out to all walks of life by conjuring different ways of projecting a universal message in his music. As a result, his music is digestible by all yet is still very mysterious and adventurous.

Coreysan has been producing, arranging, recording and mastering his own works and various other projects from Khongharhee studios, his bedroom studio in Tacarigua, Trinidad. He is also a qualified Tai Chi instructor (stress on the instructor, not a Sifu or Master) and a self taught craftsman.

With regards to his future projections, Coreysan sees art and music as an infinite loop and not a definite line. He believes that, "In this world the concept of fusion is everywhere, there are many different parts that make up the whole" and adds "I am a simple man just trying to make a positive contribution through the talents that I have been blessed with. Not a simple thing to do but it must be done, especially when "it" chooses us."
