More about Natalia...
Natalia Dopwell, hailed as Trinidad & Tobago's most outstanding lyric coloratura soprano, is well known in her native Caribbean for her musical talent.
Natalia won the hearts of spectators in Barbados earlier this year when she performed to a packed audience at the opening concert of the Caribbean's most prestigious international music festival, Holders' Season, in A Tribute to Mozart. She received glowing reviews for this performance - "Natalia is a performer who moves and enchants her audience with her exquisite voice... [who captivates] the audience with her charm and artistry"
(Trinidad Newsday April 3rd 2006; Barbados Nation March 17th 2006).
Currently on a year's sabbatical from studies at the Manhattan School of Music in New York, Natalia's overwhelming talent has been recognised not only at home, but has been applauded by her teachers and peers in New York as well.
Natalia performs in "Strings with Song" with the brilliant violinist, Oliver Lewis, and is accompanied by Jeffrey Middleton on piano.
